- No it is not necessary for all of your organising committee to be present either in person or remotely (as we will have an on-line attendance option). But you should ensure that you have a sufficient number of organisers, some of which must be in person, to organise and chair the session.

- No, the session proposal call is for proposals for sessions that people want to organise, with their own organising team. Once the sessions for NAM have been selected and announced we will then have a call for abstracts for presentations in these sessions.

- Sorry but our budget for NAM is tight and we do not anticipate being able to offer much (if any) financial support. But there will be an online attendance option for which we will charge a nominal fee (the fee will be announced when we open the call for full registration).
