Submission deadline
The current abstract call is for session proposals; i.e., proposals for scientific and non scientific sessions to be held at NAM. There are two broad types of session: parallel sessions of a fixed number of blocks (1 block is 90 mins) and lunch-time sessions of 45 mins. Following the selection of sessions by the SOC, there will be a second abstract call for individuals to present in these sessions. Note, the proposers (i.e., you and your co proposers) of a session are expected to organise the session, if successful, and to select presenters for the session; e.g., from the submitted abstracts. You do not need to be a fellow of the RAS to propose a session.
Please select "Submit new abstract" and then fill out the fields for your proposed session on the form (* are mandatory) and press submit. Please read the "submission instructions" for guidance on the field names. Note we are using Indico for NAM2025 and so you will need an account to submit a proposal but, don't worry, an Indico account is quick and easy to create.
