Durham University Spaceflight is a student-led rocket launching team that designs, builds, and launches high-powered rockets with the goal of reaching space. The team offers students hands-on experience and the chance to tackle exciting, real-world engineering challenges. From manufacturing composites and designing propulsion systems to testing avionics and coordinating flight operations, members gain practical skills across all aspects of rocketry while pushing the limits of what’s possible in student spaceflight.
