Isaac Newton Group of Telescopes (ING)

The Isaac Newton Group of Telescopes (ING) consists of the 4.2m William Herschel Telescope (WHT) and the 2.5m Isaac Newton Telescope (INT), operating at 2350m on La Palma in the Canary Islands, Spain. The ING is operated jointly by STFC-UKRI (UK), NWO (Netherlands) and the IAC (Spain). The two telescopes are equipped with powerful spectroscopic survey instruments, namely WEAVE at the WHT and HARPS3 at the INT. These two facilities will soon be running ambitious 5+ year surveys of the Milky Way and distant galaxies, as well as nearby, exoplanet-hosting stars.
